The Interlopers
I think that it does not matter how much do you hate a person if you are about to die you can forgive and set up your priorities. Even Ulrich and Georg put all their problems away when they didn't see help coming. Death's efect on us as simple humans can be something really scary so if we learn to forgive people that we hate we think in some way we will be better when we die but could that be true or we are judge for everthing we did in all our life or just or last good or bad act.

I liked this story, it has many values. I agree with you that hating a person when you are about to die isn’t good; because there is also the option that you can forgive. I also think that if you hate someone is because there is a reason, not just because of a disagreement, they don’t even know each other and they are enemies (sometimes human beings can be really stupid). Hate accomplishes nothing. It is hard o say “I am sorry”, but it is more difficult to forgive. (At the end they were friends but they were about to die.)
